no comprendo...Negative Edmonton?
Negative Edmonton because it's past what we would have considered "0 Ave" (i.e. 14 avenues south of where we grew up) and has gone even 19 avenues further into what is now Southwest Edmonton. Negative Edmonton seems appropriate for the new developments in Edmonton's Southwest quadrant.
